Before putting your property on the market, it is important to put in a bit of work to present your home in the best possible light for potential buyers. There is no need to spend money re-decorating, a good clean and tidy, along with maximising the available space and light will do the trick.
Here are some tips to consider before our photographers visit to capture your property:

Declutter your home, try to make it look as spacious and possible.

Clear the driveway of cars and bins

Clear the driveway of weeds and jet wash if possible

Take down clothes liners

Clear away pet bowls and accessories

Fully open curtains and blinds to maximise light

Clean any mildew in bathrooms

Ensure every room is clean and tidy, with the beds made

Put away children’s toys if possible

Ensure all lights are working and broken lights bulbs are replaced

Mow the lawn
